IMPORTANT... Return Your Equipment
There are still over 12 remaining sets of football equipment that have not been returned to CVMFA, even after given seven opportunities in the post-season to do so. This equates to approximately $5,520.00 in losses to this association. It also means that at this point in time, those sets will not be sent out on time for safety testing and refurbishing... A standard practice of CVMFA. Losses and late returns such as this ultimately result in higher registration fees, more required fund raising, stricter guidelines like required deposits, and basically cause more burden to the families who already do follow our equipment return guidelines. IMPORTANT: The people with outstanding equipment know who they are, and so does CVMFA. We urge you to return the very expensive CVMFA property AS SOON AS POSSIBLE... No harm, no foul. Failure to do so will unfortunately result in your being billed for replacement, followed by legal action if still not returned. Remember, you signed an agreement, and the responsibility is yours to follow through.
