It is our mission to provide Instruction of basic fundamentals, Coaching of skills & execution, and positive reinforcement of effort with an emphasis on TEAMWORK, SPORTSMANSHIP and FAIR PLAY.
CVMFA offers youth football and cheerleading programs to residents in Hampden, Middlesex, Monroe and Silver Spring Townships, with the following age requirements.
Football Program - Open to participants ages 6 to 13, as of May 31st (KMFC), April 30th (CFA).
Football Draft: CVMFA teams are selected in the month of August, with a particuluar draft method. After reviewing players during the August tryout session, plus following league age and weight restrictions, the KMFC Eagle coaches choose their teams in the first draft. They are followed by the CFA Eagle coaches in the second draft, then the remaining players are picked for the remaining KMFC and CFA teams.
Cheerleading Program - Open to participants in Kindergarten through 8th grade. CVMFA Cheerleaders cheer at home and away football games, and also compete at various Cheer Competitions during the football season.
Cheer Training is conducted by a mix of talented high school, college, and professional cheer instructors, and includes a combination of dance routines, tumbling, chants and cheers.
